The Galleria Le Logge is on the ground floor of the Palazzo dei Priori, in the south wing which is also the oldest part of the building. The building, in fact, dates back to the thirteenth century.
In the upper floor there was the institutional home of Magnificent Priori, while the premises on the ground floor were dedicated to shops. These rooms were renovated after 1926 and later used as a Gallery, named "Le Logge", which frequently hosts fine art exhibitions.

ELECTRIC AND LIGHTING SYSTEM

Available electric power of 3 Kw. It consists of 30 lamps of 70W each. The electrical system is compliant with the applicable regulations.

FIRE ALARM SYSTEM

The entire space is equipped with portable powder fire extinguishers.
The same are placed in easily visible and easily accessible places with pictograms of easy identification.
The room is close to the fire-fighting station, manned 24/7. Furthermore, Piazza del Comune has closed circuit cameras connected directly with the above-mentioned station.

FEATURES AND LOCATION

The Galleria Le Logge is located at the beginning of the eastern part of Piazza del Comune. The building is in stone and brick masonry, the outer walls are made of exposed Assisi stone, the attics are vaulted and plastered, with supporting arches in exposed brickwork. The interior walls are plastered with cement-based mortar and lime collection, the plaster is in white tempera. The floor of the hall is made of terracotta tiles; the 4 entrances feature gates in artistically-wrought iron and glass doors.
